What Complete ICT Sells
The Complete ICT Product Universe

How to Sell This
🎯
Lead with the problem, not the product. Ask "how do your staff handle calls when they're not in the office?" before you mention anything we sell.
📱
Any device is the hook. The moment someone says their staff use personal mobiles for work calls — you have the conversation. One number, any device, anywhere.
Default to Professional. It includes recording and reporting — which most business owners want once they know it exists. Basic is the fallback, Ultimate is the upsell when AI resonates.
🔄
Number porting is a common concern. Reassure them early: their existing number comes across. Customers won't notice a thing.
"Your business number rings on the office phone and your team's mobile apps at the same time. Whoever's free picks it up. You stop missing work."
2 — Internet (NBN)
🌐
Telco — Internet
NBN Business Services
Business-grade internet across all NBN speed tiers. New connections and transfers.
NBN Speed Tiers & Pricing (monthly, ex GST)
ProductPriceBest for
50/20 Mbps$1001–3 staff, light use
100/40 Mbps$115⬆ Minimum recommended
250/100 Mbps$155⭐ Recommended
500/200 Mbps$22015–25 staff, high demand
1000/400 Mbps$250Enterprise, max symmetrical
For cloud phones: 100 Mbps minimum. 250 Mbps recommended. 500 Mbps+ for 10+ concurrent users.
How to Sell This
🔗
Bundle with cloud phones. If you're moving their phone system to cloud, the internet conversation happens naturally — the phones need a good connection to run properly.
📈
Always recommend one tier up from minimum. A business with 5 staff on 100 Mbps is the minimum. Upsell to 250 Mbps — it's only $40/month more and makes a real difference for video calls and cloud phones.
🔄
Transfers are easy wins. If they're already on NBN with another provider, we can transfer it across with no interruption to service. Position it as simplification.
🌐
Rural or poor coverage? Starlink Business is an option — refer to Sam. Don't let a connectivity objection kill the cloud phone conversation.
"We can sort the internet at the same time — and because you'll have your phones running over it, it makes sense to have both with us so we can manage the whole thing."
3 — Cyber Security Plans
🛡️
Managed Security
Cyber Secure Plans — Basic / Pro / Elite
Managed gateway, device protection, email filtering, backup, and monitoring. One monthly fee.
Plans & Pricing (monthly, ex GST)
PlanPriceKey differentiator
Basic (2 users)$129Foundation — gateway + devices + email
Pro (5 users) ⭐$199Adds M365 Backup + quarterly review
Elite (5 users)$399Enterprise gateway + workstation backup + priority
Extra user — Basic$25Per additional user/month
Extra user — Pro$30Per additional user/month
Extra user — Elite$45Per additional user/month
Default to Pro for any M365 business. Use Elite for healthcare, legal, finance, and compliance-driven industries. See the full Cyber Plans playbook for scripts and objection handling.
How to Sell This
🚪
Introduce it mid-conversation. Don't cold-open with cyber — bring it in after phones or internet. "While I've got you — do you have anything protecting the business on the security side?"
📧
The M365 backup revelation is your best tool. Most businesses on Microsoft 365 believe their data is automatically backed up. It's not. When they learn this, Pro sells itself.
💰
Reframe cost as insurance. Ask "what would a day of downtime cost you?" — then the monthly fee feels trivial. Never defend the price in isolation.
🏥
Industry drives the tier. Healthcare, legal, accounting — go straight to Elite. For everyone else, start Pro and only go to Basic if budget is the genuine blocker.
"Most businesses on Microsoft 365 don't realise Microsoft doesn't back up their data. If someone deletes a file or you get hit by ransomware, it's gone. Our Pro plan fixes that."
4 — Hardware
🖥️
IT Hardware
Phones, WiFi, Networking & Firewalls

Pricing: Hardware is priced at cost + markup %. The calculator handles this automatically. Health warning triggers if markup exceeds 400%. Always use the calculator — never quote hardware from memory.
How to Sell This
📦
Hardware follows the service conversation. You don't lead with hardware — it comes out of what the customer needs. Cloud phones? They may want desk handsets. Cyber plan? Gateway is included.
💳
Finance is available through Grenke. Hardware doesn't have to be upfront — we can fold it into a monthly rental using the Finance tab in the calculator. This removes the "I don't have budget" objection.
🛡️
Cyber plan hardware is included. The managed WiFi access point and gateway device come with the Cyber plans — make sure customers know this is part of what they're getting, not an add-on.
"If the upfront cost of the equipment is a concern, we can finance that through our leasing partner — it becomes a monthly amount and keeps your cash flow clean."

Golden rule: You're not selling products — you're solving a problem the customer has right now. Lead with the question, listen to the answer, and let the product match the pain. The best reps here don't pitch — they diagnose.
